Except the charging port is a magnetic head with spring loaded conductive fingers that press it away...the magnet is not strong enough for good contact and the only way i could get it to charge was to hold it together or have someone put pressure on the connection...took it back and got a more expensive headset with a plug in cable charger

Very tinny sounding. Not a clear sound at all. Very comfortable though. Easy to pair. But I can't use this to give a presentation like I had planned.

First, please reset the Bluetooth connection between your phone and earpiece: https://goo.gl/emzUTA. To set the earpiece in pairing mode, press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the LED blinks red and blue repeatedly. Ensure the unit's firmware is up to date through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://goo.gl/5ceQ1v. Lastly, testing the earpiece with a different cell phone, and while it is connected to a single BT device is also ideal to determine the cause of the issue.
