While we thrive for our headset to fit everyone, we understand that one size doesn't fit all. With this in mind we include 3 different eartip sizes, including the foam covers or a better fit and to hear better as well. This headset is designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes. If you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. Poor design and materials

I like the idea of an ear piece that locks into place and does t twist around when adjusting, but the round bud wasn’t comfortable no matter which size I tried. I wanted a unit that secures behind the ear, but the rubber material kept pulling the little hairs on the side of my head and at that point I knew I wouldn’t like it no matter what.
