Sound quality is great and when I'm driving my RV with lots of engine noise, I'm told I can be heard clearly without the engine noise. It charges quickly and has lots of talk time. The one negative is that it is pretty uncomfortable in the ear after an hour or 2.

While it took her a few days to get used to the feel (she was used to a smaller device), Mom really likes this headset that I bought for her. She can say "answer" and the device answers the phone, and the battery life is more than long enough for her purposes.

Not the first one of these I have bought. I use mine for hours daily providing support for others and this is the most comfortable and best quality audio you can find. Keeps your hands free while driving, working on a ladder or even playing Legos. Fast recharge-ability is just a plus. You can't beat it for one ear coverage and it will work with 2 phones/devices.

I really like the headset. It is light weight and easy to use. The only problem I have is with the ear piece. Trying to change it was very difficult. I needed to use a smaller piece than the one on it and could not remove the larger one from the headset. I took it back to the store. It took 3 geek squad techs before we could get it off. In the process the plastic base split. I had only had the headset about 2 weeks and I had taken out the insurance. They graciously replaced the entire set. The second set was also difficult to change but we did get it changed without further damage. The smallest covering doesn't fit easily but will eventually. Still love the headset though, even if it can be a bit difficult to get it to fit good.

I really like this head piece. All the background noise is definitely cancelled out. My only complaint is that the ear piece wiggles and may fall out. It would’ve been a much better deal if it would’ve came with a case to store it in.

I use this thing 8-10 hours a day. It does start to struggle with connection when the battery gets low, but it charges super fast. Also like using it when driving. Sits so comfortably that I forget I’m wearing it.

I'm on the road a lot and whenever I call to talk with my wife road noise, airport noise, all sorts of extraneous sound makes the conversation difficult to hear for her at times. This Bluetooth headset has excellent noise canceling and allows us to enjoy our phone conversations much more! The charge lasts for a good 7 hours of actual talk time as well.

Whenever I am on call in any situation, I have been told by people on the other end that the audio quality is far superior to anything they had heard in years prior. Battery life is ling lasting and the magnetic charger is satisfying.

This is my second Voyager Bluetooth. My first one was accidentally damaged after a couple years of great service and I just had to get the same economically priced model ASAP. It's comfortable to the point of not realizing I'm wearing it sometimes. For most people I talk to, it's so clear they don't believe I'm using a bluetooth.

Excellent quality Bluetooth in comparison to others I have tried. I have had three legends due to loss or damage. Very good noise cancellation and handles abuse well too. Fell off my ear and was run over by electric pallet jack and still worked. Damaged some and tore off silicone earpiece, but still worked until I knocked off ear into mudpuddle.

This is a great headset. The sound is very clear and the battery last for 7 hours. I wear it all day long and forget that I have it on.

Bought for a friend that doesn't have Bluetooth in her car. Works well, intuituve to use, and sounds clear. Once she chose the best earpiece insert, she found it pretty comfortable.

Plantronics have been my preference in the past and this unit continues to put emphasis on the reason I prefer them. The talk time is sufficient on most work days, and when it isn't, charging is not difficult and doesn't take that long. Sound is clear and adjustments are easy to make.

Very light, I sometimes forget it's there. Volume could be better. Other than that everything is great.

Great quality. I love Plantronics noise cancelling technology! The way it curls around my ear keeps it in place when others fall out of my ear.

Great talk time, battery life. Quick charge time. Paired quickly and easily to my Samsung Galaxy S10. Comes with multiple sizes of ear fitting. Sound quality is excellent. This is my second one. First went through the washer and dryer twice before it started getting glitchy.

I have tried other Bluetooths and they weren’t as clear sounding or as comfortable as is one and the price is great

We purchased 10 of these for use for staff working from home or using with their cell phones. Quick connect to laptop and cell phone bluetooth. Easy to switch from left to right ear. Enough battery life to work all morning, charge during lunch and worked all afternoon.

This unit has great sound, but did not fit behind my ear very well. I wear glasses so that made it worse. Wish the company would make a new model with a slimmer behind the ear casing. Had to return it.
