I been using this ear piece for 15yrs .I would recommend this ear piece.

Thru the years I have relied on Plantronics for my blue tooth needs.

Bought this to replace old one. Really like it recommend buying

Works very well, The only problem is that the charger is not found for any Best Buy store

This headset is simple yet it does the trick! It's also an unbeatable price!

This is my 3rd purchase, Great for use if you have trouble with carpal tunnel.

Very convenient and love hands free and just able to say answer or ignore the call. At times it just disconnects from my phone or disconnects while I am in conversation. Overall I like the product

I am returning my purchase and it was just delivered today 8-24-20 and this is my 2nd try with Plantronics. You pay for their over-the-top packaging is what you pay for, And that does not at all gloss-over the product issues. Here are my issues. 1. Soon as I turned on the unit out of the box and dialed my 1st call it was beeping non stop. So I reset its bluetooth settings and tried again and the very same. I looked it up and the issue could be a low battery issue. However, it said 6 hours of battery time when I 1st put it on after pairing.. That's not the standards these days a you can get 9 10 or more hours out of units that cost half the price if you look around. But who wants to be talking then when the battery is getting low you have a ton of beeps in your ear about 2 per second? Who is at the helm of designing this stuff? 2. The reason I now recall ditching my 1st Plantronics Voyager is because the faulty flex-rubber housing separated and was not able to re-affix it. Once that breaks, cracks or separates you cannot use the unit (unless you tape it and that will get you through a day) so right in the trash it went. 3. It has a proprietary charge cord that works well. However, it is a major inconvenience to not be able to use standard USB cords to charge the unit. Therefore, you would need to buy several extras and I believe this was only introduced to sell more accessories as there are no issues I know of charging bluetooth headsets that I have ever owned. And I have owned my share of them but came back to give Plantronics another shot. It's going back ASAP. 4. Bottom line... Don't waste your money on the Plantroics Voyager as it's a bad design and you over-pay for fancy packaging. The best solution I have yet come up with is to keep buying cheaper replacements which at the end of the day are much more accessible and don't really sound much different.

I have been using Plantronics headsets for 20yrs nothing better on the market

It’s pretty good but the volume control is weaker than some more expensive ones. I like that it stays attached to your ear unlike the buds

This is just too perfecr for driving and hands free.

works well - only complaint I have is the cushion for the ear comes off easily
