    Unacceptable static on calls compared to my Plantronics Explorer 50 which has much better sound on phone calls. Loose fitting in ear-doesn't really stay in your ear, you have to physically press it to your ear if you want to hear better even after raising volume. Returning it and going back to the 50 that was half the price of this one.
