Hair, Hats, bike Helmets, all make it impossible to wear. I continued to adjust but realized it is not for me. BUT the returnable period has expired. I plan to purchase what I had before - the Plantronics headset without the ear loop. That never fell out my ear. After nearly 5 years it eventually became unchargeable.

These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes, including 3 different sizes of ear tips for a snug fit; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use, we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style. Posted .Hi Lolls and thank you for sharing your honest feedback; However, we're sorry to hear about your experience. This standard version is compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth headsets; yet, we recommend the UC version for PC (Voyager Legend UC).
Pairing the headset to the included BT300 USB Bluetooth adapter from the UC version, rather than pairing directly to the PC/MAC via native Bluetooth, makes for a much clearer and consistent user experience. Without the BT300 USB Bluetooth adapter, PC/MAC Bluetooth systems do not typically provide capability to use the call control from the headset itself. Calls must be managed from the PC/MAC GUI and some of the buttons on the headset may not function. Consequently, this provides a poor user experience.
