Ear loop fail

Hair, Hats, bike Helmets, all make it impossible to wear. I continued to adjust but realized it is not for me. BUT the returnable period has expired. I plan to purchase what I had before - the Plantronics headset without the ear loop. That never fell out my ear. After nearly 5 years it eventually became unchargeable.

These headsets are designed to fit the vast majority of ear shapes and sizes, including 3 different sizes of ear tips for a snug fit; however, we do know that one size may not fit all and if you find the product too uncomfortable for normal use, we strongly recommend that you consider using a headset with a different wearing style.
