Posted .Hi Lolls and thank you for sharing your honest feedback; However, we're sorry to hear about your experience. This standard version is compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth headsets; yet, we recommend the UC version for PC (Voyager Legend UC).
Pairing the headset to the included BT300 USB Bluetooth adapter from the UC version, rather than pairing directly to the PC/MAC via native Bluetooth, makes for a much clearer and consistent user experience. Without the BT300 USB Bluetooth adapter, PC/MAC Bluetooth systems do not typically provide capability to use the call control from the headset itself. Calls must be managed from the PC/MAC GUI and some of the buttons on the headset may not function. Consequently, this provides a poor user experience.
