This model is one of our best communication devices, featuring Triple-mic active Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Stainless steel windscreens, Acoustic fabric mesh designed to block and cancel noise and wind. To troubleshoot it, please reset the BT connection: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. You might also want to ensure the firmware version is up to date through our Hub Software https://bit.ly/30jDXJM. Reset the Network settings on your phone and lastly, test the earpiece with a different cell phone model while it is paired with a single Bluetooth device as it is ideal to isolate the cause of the issue. If the issue persists, then it might have an actual problem and it is best to replace it. This model counts with a one-year limited warranty. The Voyager Legend is one of our best communication headsets and specially engineered to deliver superior call clarity and connectivity. As for volume capacity, if you have already increased the volume through the earpiece and your phone, please keep in mind that not getting a proper fit is likely to impact the quality of the audio. For this, make sure to test it with the different sizes of ear gels included. Regarding connectivity issues, please reset the Bluetooth connection between your phone and the earpiece. To do so: https://bit.ly/2OOMfnw. You might also want to reset the Network settings in order to rule out any wireless interference. This could also be related to the sensors if the earpiece is disconnecting. To isolate the cause of the issue, try disabling the master sensor through our Hub Software for Desktop: https://bit.ly/30jDXJM under settings>sensors. Lastly, test the earpiece with a different cell phone as it is ideal to determine the cause of the issue. I never even know if it’s charged the next day until I put it in my ear and turn it on. I’m VERY VERY disappointed in the failure of a previously hood product. It can’t even be insured any more which should’ve been a warning to me.

I had thought this one would at least be comparable since it was more expensive than the one I had prior and was made by the same company. Sadly, this is not the case. Battery life is way less than my last Plantronics which was a smaller size. But the biggest issue is despite not using the bluetooth that much since I bought it, the microphone has essentially stopped working. I can hear sound but when I speak no one can hear me (and yes I checked all relevant settings and it's definitely a headset problem.) I have yet to contact Plantronics regarding the headset giving out already - when I do I may update this review should it turn out they are willing to correct this issue. Otherwise though, for not I cannot recommend this product (and even when it was working the battery life is not impressive.)
