Ear buds

I could here callers, but they could barely hear me. It was fully charged but the people kept saying it was fading in and out. Maybe a faulty one, but I brought a different one much cheaper but works well. I did like it telling me who's calling, but it didn't work right for me

Overall bad product

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 7 months charging is broken (bad contacts on either headset or charger) and for 7 months I had poor sound quality and constant drops in bluetooth connection to both phone and PC. I would always have to turn it off and back on to reconnect to my iPhone, it never just stayed connected and working. I guess for under $100 you get what you pay for.

If you are experiencing audio or connectivity issues, we recommend resetting the headset by pressing and holding the call control and mute buttons for 5 seconds while it's turned off, this will reset the headset. We also recommend checking if there are any firmware updates with the Plantronics Hub application. If the charging port of your headset is damaged, we recommend replacing this unit. Please note this model does have a limited warranty from the date of purchase and you can request a replacement directly through our official website. Needs longer life than just 7 hours.

Disappointed in the new version

It came fully charged and worked great. When it came time to recharge, it wouldn't take a charge. I traded for a new one. It also worked great. When I put it on the charger, it charged to 3 hours talk time and wouldn't charge any more. It developed major static in headset that started as soon as a call was connected. That lasted for 1 evening then in the morning was gone. Today, it won't stay connected to the phone. I've had this one for 4 days. Will have to return it too.

If your headset is not charging, we recommend that you try another charging cable, another charger, or another wall outlet if possible to isolate the problem. We also recommend resetting the headset by pressing and holding the call and mute buttons for 5 seconds while it's turned off, this will reset the headset. If the headset still won't charge, then it could mean an actual problem with the unit and it will be best to replace it.

Won’t Stay Working

Did not meet expectations.

The foam cover for the earpiece fell apart almost immediately, The headset becomes uncomfortable when worn over extended periods of time.
