    The story line was good, but the plot was lacking in the movie. The 3D effects were not very good.

    One of those historical disaster movies that was inspired by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius. This eruption destroyed the city of Pompeii. Acting was just so so. Really lacked energy and the storytelling was poor. Not very original, though it moves at a nice pace. Good guys gallant and bad guys typical bad guys. Entertaining but not great.
