    I moved from a 4x4 machine to this machine and I love it! Creating such amazing keepsakes has been so much fun! Definitely recommend this machine!

    I absolutely love this embroidery machine, it has a big hoop size without buying the commercial product! Also the Poolin team are very helpful when it comes to everything!! Amazing product!!

    My wife and I are starting a business and want to offer embroidery services; we are new to embroidery. After doing some research, we decided to try the Poolin EOC07 to learn the craft. I have to say, we have no regrets—we love it. We love not only the machine itself but also the excellent customer service. We contacted the company with a question, and the attention we received was outstanding. Easy decision to choose the next machine for our business (PooLin EOX Commercial, 15-needle model)

    I spent more time clearing jams on this machine than I did embroidering. It also cost me a lot of money in materials because every time it would jam it would rip a hole in the material I was using. It did not matter what stabilizer or tension I tried I had the same results.
