It attached to my otterbox and hasn't moved since the day I stuck it on. The colored part did pop off when I dropped my phone one time but it easily popped back into place.

Only thing I did was to super glue the back instead of trying to use the "reusable" sticky stuff that is already on it,works great with the super glue

I ended up resticking 3x (lower toward the home button for best grip) I thought it would be ruined but no holds as if a permenant fixture!
