Thank you for your review, Brittany! We are sorry that your PopGrip slipped off so soon and for the inconvenience this may have caused you. That should not happen with normal wear and tear and if swapped correctly. To swap a PopGrip, close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. We hope the above instructions help avoid future issues. If it is a sticking issue and the base came off please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick well to silicone, highly textured, and many soft cases on the market. They will not adhere well to iPhone models 11 and up and the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.

Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.

The gel might not stick well if glued to iPhones without a suitable case.

Not Sticking: If your PopSockets product is no longer sticking, follow the steps below to reactivate the adhesive gel on your PopSockets product:

Step 1: Give your PopSockets gel a quick rinse.

Step 2: Let it air dry for 10 minutes. Do not leave it out any longer, this will cause the adhesive gel to dry out entirely.

Step 3: Stick your PopSockets product back onto your phone case, and let it sit for a few hours before engaging it again. This will ensure a stronghold. Please contact us at [email protected]. We'll be happy to assist.
