Detaches easily

Best Buy put it on for me when I bought the phone, so it was mounted correctly. I may need to return for this reason.

Did not stick longer than 5 minutes

Needs a better design

When storing my phone when out and about in my back pocket, the stand and grip sticks out too far when in retracted position and is uncomfortable. Needs a redesign so when retracted, it will lay flat and pop out if pushed.

I attached it to a Samsung case that I purchased at best buy and it failed to adhere to the case and fell off in 3 days. I threw it away.
