I had previously purchased another type of phone holder, but it kept falling. I purchased an Otterbox Case for my iPhone 11 Pro Max that has the Popsocket button built into the case and bought this car holder to place on my vent. It's perfect! I use on my left side vent in between driver's side window and steering wheel. It's perfect if I am doing FaceTime. Love this product!

Love this pop socket mount. It’s really sturdy and holds my iPhone 8+ well. Doesn’t come off or tilt at all. I got some for my family as well after I got this one and tried it out.

Originally I was using the pop socket holder that has a sticky backing on it. It worked great for a road trip in a rental car that had a plastic dash board. It was very stuck in place but still came off easily when i needed to remove it and left no residue. I purchased another for my Cadillac SRX but it absolutely did not stick whatsoever to my leather dashboard. So this brought me to purchasing the pop socket holder for the air vent. It works fine. Holds the phone. I'm giving it four stars out of picky-ness. The holder does not attach to the vent strongly enough. It takes two hands to place the phone in the holder so that the holder does not move or come loose during placement. So that's annoying. Once the phone is placed in the holder though I have not had any issues with it moving or falling out. But if you are driving and want to remove the phone and then put it back one handed, if you do not do it gently enough it will turn or move on the vent. Overall I'm pleased with it but I still liked how the holder with the sticky backing worked better and wished it would have worked on my leather dashboard.

Perfect for phone calls, FaceTime, gps, or just to keep your phone in one place during a car ride. My boyfriend picked one up shortly after I got mine. He didn’t even have a pop socket, he bought one just so he could use this. It’s SO secure and super easy to use. Only concern I have is once the weather gets colder, my phone will be right up against an air vent and if I’m blasting heat to warm the car.. it’ll heat my phone up. Otherwise no complaints. Great product

I was looking for a reasonably priced vent mount and saw this. I already had a PopSocket so decided to try this. It was difficult to get it on the vent but that may be by design so it doesn’t slide off. It holds my phone well but my phone is heavy so it causes the vent to face downward a little. Decent inexpensive product.

Easy to install and use mount for your pop socket. Only part I didn’t like is once you mount it, if you turned the phone in landscape mode while mounted, the pop socket would come off. But otherwise great mount. Doesn’t fall and I use iPhone 11 Pro Max.

I bought this device because I needed to place my cellphone on the dashboard. I use the GPS constantly. Pros: it's small, excellent price, you can use it on any car, it's great to travel with. Cons: it blocks the vents. It's best to use if you're not using the vents. Overall it's a great product.

This car mount is perfect for use with the PopSocket that I have on the back of my iPhone 6. It's very similar to the car mount I had before I purchased a PopSocket. It fits perfectly into my car vent and the PopSocket slides perfectly into the car mount. I did not want the $10 mount because you had to stick that one onto your dashboard or some place like that and I do NOT want to stick anything permanently onto the dash of my car that I cannot move when I need to. So this one was perfect. It's $14, but worth the money. Be sure that you put the mount exactly where you want it because it may be hard to pull off of your vent. I want mine to be secure, so I placed it exactly on the 3rd row of my vent. It's awesome and so it the PopSocket for holding my phone.

I just recently got this, and I already love it. It fits on my car vent perfectly. It makes it easy to see your phone while navigating. I also like it because I can switch the song while my phone is connected via Bluetooth. The only downsides are the phone does block the air coming out of the vent, and it will make your phone hot or cold (depending on the setting you have it on) which could lead to mechanically problems with the phone over time. Also, my vents go up and down, so my phone weighs it down so it always is pointing downward. Overall, it is a cheap gadget that I would recommend.

I was excited to buy this as i’m a new driver and i need gps all the time. the problem for me was that my car vent moves up and down, since it’s an older model. however, if you have the same problem, i found a solution for that to keep it from moving. take 3 reciept papers and fold them as tiny as u can as a square/rectangle. then, pop ur vent upwards, and stick those pieces at the very bottom space, then your vent will stay in that upwards position. i mean, i think this is pretty smart to do, but do it at ur own risk because you could accidentally push the paper in too much and it would fall inside. but that’s almost impossible to happen for me anyway since the paper square is so THICC. This product works with the pop socket attached to the back of your phone. The mount is easily attached to the air vent and stays in place well. What I find particularly attractive is how little space it takes up. When not in use, it is not in the way and it isn’t an eye-sore either. My phone’s pop socket easily slides into (and out of) the mount and the phone can be turned to be vertical or horizontal. If you’re looking for a mount that takes up as little space as possible and makes it easy to put your phone in and take it back out, then this is what I recommend (provided you have a pop socket on your phone).

If you have a popsocket on your phone, options for mounts (car or otherwise) are severely limited. This fact is frustrating, but I won't part with my popsocket. So, this is the car mount for you. I have the typical horizontal vents in my car, and this fits in there perfectly. I have a big phone (Note 10 Plus), and it feels secure in this. It hasn't fallen off the vent. It's not obvious, but the popsocket should be depressed to it's smallest size when fitting it into the mount. Otherwise, it's a little front-heavy.
