It tends to collapse too easily, making it less reliable for holding up my phone. The build quality leaves something to be desired, as it feels a bit flimsy. It's a shame, as the concept is convenient, but the execution falls short.

After paying insurance deductible for two previously dropped iPhone screens and damage (thank goodness for insurance coverage), decided to purchase this item to help manage her use. No drops since. Lot's of designs to choose from and Daughter loves low profile when retracted and overall manageability when pulled out. I loved the affordability, dependability and piece of mind.
