I bought a new phone case that the pop socket would not stick to and so I had to return the case. I love my pop socket so very much I have come to depend on it. I have the oversized iPhone and this makes it so easy to hold on to it!

Also great for watching videos or video calls. Just prop pull the pop socket out all the way and lean your phone on any flat surface. Works great!

Not at all. Ensured i wiped the surface of my phone with an alcohol wipe, let dry and applied the pop socket and worked well for two days. On the third day, the adhesive was no longer working and kept coming off. Was expecting more for the price.

Posted .Thank you for your review, Alan! We are sorry that your PopGrip base is not sticking well, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. That should not happen but sometimes does. and the item might be defective. Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.
The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case. If the above does not apply, please contact us at cs@popsockets.com and we'll send you a code for a free new sticky base. We'll be happy to assist.

The longevity of it depends how many times you take it off your phone. Also be aware it does not stick very well to some phone case surfaces. But, it is really great for watching videos and taking pictures!

It’s because of this product that i made the switch to and iPhone 8+. I hesitated because of the larg r size but this solved that issue with handling the device. I’ve also gotten one on my iPad and it’s incredible!
