I will state that it did not stay attached to a Kate Spade phone case that I bought, but I have put a couple of drops of super glue on it, and it hasn't fallen off yet. New phone, new case, so the super glue wasn't an issue for me.

My husband bought it for me and at first I was almost offended. But it has saved my hands a few times and my phone by less frequently dropping my phone. I also recommend getting the pop socket holder for your car. I have one that sticks to the dash and it is fantastic!

I didn't realize how much it costs, $5 more than what I wanted to buy and she saw it and opened it before Christmas and loves it so I didn't take it back. It looks to be built more rugged than some of the cheaper ones we have bought here. If not for the price, it would have gotten 5 stars.
