This is a good product, but it can only be used on a no textured case. I wanted to put it on my life proof case. I just kept falling off. So currently I'm not using it.

I bought a few of these trying to find alternative ways to hang a hand controller for an electronic device - so not really its wheelhouse. It works great on the hand controller with a flat plastic rear surface - I stuck that one on and have used it pretty hard for a few weeks without issue. The one on the hand controller with a rounded back didn’t fare so well - it just can’t stay on. So I would expect it to work for almost any phone or case unless it has an odd shape or surface that might prevent the popsocket from making enough surface contact to form a solid bond.

I had to use rubber cement to get it to stick to my handmade leather phone case but it works great. Comes in handy.

I chose this pop socket because it matched my phone exactly. It has held up nicely and I’m extremely happy with it.

One of those products you never thought you needed till you get one. They make handling iPhone 7 plus easier for one handed use, especially when taking selfies. Good for using as stand when placing phone side ways. After removing it once from case, it becomes easier to remove and restock without losing its stickiness. This does not compare to knockoffs!!!!! Have a knockoff and could not remove it and left stick residue on my device not to mention the adhesive ripped off making the socket unusable a second time.

My last popsocket quickly wore out and wouldn't hold, this one has lasted many months and is still holding strong!

Attached this to an Otterbox case a few months ago. Still attached. Phone slides in and out of pocket easily. Works great.

I was excited to finally get one of these. I bought three in total. My daughter followed the directions however the actual back of it cracked after three short days. Then the day after that it completely fell apart. I am giving it four stars because the one I applied to my phone is working fine so far. I no longer have to worry about my phone slipping out of my hands and it is great to prop it up to watch TV on my phone. The only downside is that I have issues using my fingerprint scanner on the back of my S8 phone and I have to collapse my PopSocket completely for it to recognize my fingerprint.
