    I got this for my phone to help counteract hand cramping when I held my phone for extended amounts of time. Honestly, I find holding it in the space between my forefinger and middle finger simply uncomfortable, unless I somehow curl/hook my forefinger around it. The traditional flat-v hold (that you generally see in photos), I find to be simply aggravating. It's certainly better than nothing, but I haven't found it to be an ideal solution.
