I was one of the first people to ever use one of these. I had one 2 phones ago and my last phone is 3 years old. I have had this one week and it won't stick to the case. I have never had one come off before.

This pop socket works great for landscape format, but I mostly use vertical format. It doesn’t work at all for this use. Personally I have no use for it. Does anyone need this, it’s just gathering dust here

If you are supposed to hold on to the pop socket to take selfies you better be very careful. Mine fell off within a week and it says you can take better selfies with it. There is no way that I would hold on to a $600 phone by this.

This pop socket does not have enough stickabikity for the weight of the item. It slides off all the time. We ended up having to use it on a case that had the mechanism built in for the pop socket to work.

Wouldn’t stick and stay to my phone case. It is a flat surface otter box case. I have had other pop sockets on this case before and never had a problem. This pop socket kept coming off. Had to throw it away.

I bought this on Black Friday and followed the instructions to a T on how to put it on and use it. It hasn’t even been a week and it’s peeling off and won’t stay on. Waste of money at $4.99 let alone regular price

After placing the pop socket on my phone and trying it out for an hour or so it came off and wouldn't stick any longer. I could have spent the money on a movie ticket to Replicas and had a better experience.

I can’t review it properly because I still have not received it. I ordered it on March 25, 2020 & today is April 13, 2020 It was for my daughter’s birthday on April 8th. Very disappointed.

Bought this for my husband after. His old one wore out. It lasted two days before it broke apart and fell off. I can’t even try to return it because we didn’t notice it fell off until later that day. Do not buy!!!

I haven’t had this product a month and the stickiness has completely worn off. Within a couple of days it started falling off my phone. I’ll find another brand that has better quality for my money.

I have had the same pop socket for a year, bought this to replace when it came off and this one lasted a week. Had the same issue with another one. Not sure if An issue with pop sockets or if I’m unlucky.

The product I received was NOT as shown online. It has a slick, plain white face, without the flower & leaf design as pictured.

I bought this item for my daughter and it was a disaster. The item fell off while my daughter was holding it which resulted in her phone dropping and cracking the screen. Not happy about this particular item.

This is my fourth one and didn’t have it longer it came off. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this kind!!! i have no problem with first, second and third till fourth just come off I was so disappointed!

The tech at the store carefully installed it to the back of my new iPhone X. Next day it fell off and now won’t stay on. I didn’t have any problems with the pop socket on my old phone, a different brand

Awful construction- I purchased this to use to take photos however it broke the first week. Returned it to Best Buy and ordered another one. That one also broke within a week. No more popsockets for me!

Cheap made, or has a default from manufacturer. Broke before getting out of package or putting it on my phone. Disappointed and wanting a refund and return broken product.

It broke off within half hour, wouldn't initially stick to the phone and once it stuck, only the bottom part and the whole thing came off, could have easily led to a dropped and broken phone

It's cute but lasted about 15min. Plastic backing way too thin/brittle compared to all others purchased. Wish it was better because it really was pretty!

The pop socket broke after approximately three days. There was no extra wear and tear or unconventional treatment of the item. We will be returning it soon due to it being defective.
