Won't stay stuck to the protective cover....

Not practical

Stick pad didn’t work

This product doesn’t stick

Posted .Thank you for your review! We are sorry to hear that your son's PopGrip fell off after two days. That should not happen. Please note:
PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky, and they are most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, and many soft cases on the market. They also will not stick as well to iPhone 11, 12, or 13 models nor the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.
Gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case.
Please return it to Best Buy if you are not 100% happy with the product or contact us at cs@popsockets.com.
