Didn't think I needed it until I saw it on a friend's phone

I have had SEVERAL popsockets over the last 2 years and I have never had a problem with them sticking and staying on my lifeproof until now. With the new "Swappable popgrips" the design of the bottom part that adheres to your phone was changed and now these new and "improved" popsockets will not stick to lifeproofs OR silicone cases. It is REALLY disappointing after becoming addicted to having these on my phone.

I ordered this and in person the owl is not as vibrant and bright as the pictures shows. Low quality purchase. Some of the other designs are way better.

In the product photo you can clearly see a floral design. I just received mine and it is completely blank, no floral design, all white. Kinda sad because i wanted a design on my pop socket.

This item is in no way silver!! The item is solid black - not as pictured at all!!

I Dont Recommend- Popsockets used to be better; now they don't last. The adhesive weakens & they fall off, but POPSOCKETS WONT ALLOW YOU TO BUY REPLACEMENT ADHESIVE. They say you can follow their directions to re-activate the adhesive, but it's not the same as when they were new. Plus, they don't appear to be made as well, and I've had several that kept coming apart; the top disc separates from the base. I've probably bought 20 of these things just for myself, not counting the ones Ive given as gifts, so I do know what Im saying. There are alot of better options out there for "phone rings" that are 1/2 the price & hold up much better. Popsockets WERE good, but they've sure gone downhill. Don't waste your money.

Your wireless charger won't work with this attached. Also, Best Buy won't accept a return if the package is open which you have to do to find out that it prevents the charger from working.

The button is held in place by 4 tabs. 1 broke off after 3 weeks but was still usable. A second broke off today and it's garbage. Warranty required original receipt, photos and shipping. Since the super expensive PopSocket isn't "high quality materials and superior functionality", I suggest you buy 4 knockoffs for the same price and replace them when they fail.

I previously used spin Pops from Walmart, and they stuck forever. I bought a new phone and decided to try these popsockets instead. After less than a week I was sitting here holding my phone and the popsocket separated from the sticky tape. So the sticky tape ring is on my phone case in my lap, and the popsocket is in my hand. Ridiculous

We have used pop sockets with lifeproof cases for years. I moved my old popsocket to my new case 6mths ago. It finally broke. Bought myself and my son new pop sockets. They do not stick at all!!! Clearly the packaging isn’t the only thing the company changed. The adhesive is non-existent!

My son bought this for his phone and it broke on the first day. Tried to exchange it at best buy and they wouldn't take it back. I was trying to support them and go back to brick and mortar but I am going back to Amazon.

I created an account on here just so i can review this pop socket. I bought this yesterday and it didnt last an hour before it started falling off my phone. Waste of money.

Horrible. It was scratched up and dirty. I’m not even going to use it. I just wasted money.

This went into the garbage when it came unglued and the phone fell to the ground (unhurt fortunately). I will not trust an $800 phone to this.
