I bought this item for my daughter and it was a disaster. The item fell off while my daughter was holding it which resulted in her phone dropping and cracking the screen. Not happy about this particular item.

This is my fourth one and didn’t have it longer it came off. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy this kind!!! i have no problem with first, second and third till fourth just come off I was so disappointed!

I got this the same time I got my phone thinking I was going to use it. Never even tried to put it on after I found out about the wireless charging I could use. This would not let me do that with it on

The tech at the store carefully installed it to the back of my new iPhone X. Next day it fell off and now won’t stay on. I didn’t have any problems with the pop socket on my old phone, a different brand

Awful construction- I purchased this to use to take photos however it broke the first week. Returned it to Best Buy and ordered another one. That one also broke within a week. No more popsockets for me!

Cheap made, or has a default from manufacturer. Broke before getting out of package or putting it on my phone. Disappointed and wanting a refund and return broken product.

It broke off within half hour, wouldn't initially stick to the phone and once it stuck, only the bottom part and the whole thing came off, could have easily led to a dropped and broken phone

The pop socket kept coming out multiple times so had to return it back. Not satisfied The design was good. Was loving it but well had to return it

The pop socket broke after approximately three days. There was no extra wear and tear or unconventional treatment of the item. We will be returning it soon due to it being defective.

Only bought because Best Buy doesn’t stock finger rings anymore. Does not stay affixed and is uncomfortable. Set my new giant ipad aside for two days until amz delivered something decent to hold onto.

It's cute but lasted about 15min. Plastic backing way too thin/brittle compared to all others purchased. Wish it was better because it really was pretty!

After 2 days the item fell off. It will not stick as well as the older models did. Upsetting to say the least. Will look for the old model on Amazon or ebay. Not buying the newer model.

From the beginning, this product didn’t work very well. It barely stuck and kept falling off anytime you held it or interacted with it. After a week it would not stick to my phone. Don’t waste your money.

Within two weeks of having this on my phone, the image area started peeling off on all edges. It's a waste of money and very cheaply made. I truly regret buying this. DO NOT BUY!

This item was shown as an add on when I purchased the Otterbox/Pop socket case. This item is a standard sticky pop socket and does not work with the Otterbox case.

a piece of junk, will not buy it again. It broke of in two pieces, I was disappointed as the price was higher than I wanted to spend. The design was not worth the function.

I only purchase this product to get a bundle discount. Found that it got in the way more than it was useful and I ended up giving it to a friend who always wanted to try a pop socket.

Bought the premium version thinking it would last longer than the plastic...fell off in half a day. Now it barely sticks at all. Returning it tomorrow. The old versions were much better

I have only had it two weeks and it popped off the phone. I paid $10 for it and Best Buy in Mansfield Ohio said it was normal wear and tear and wouldn't issue a refund. Don't waste your money.

I bought this product and not even 2 weeks later it broke and I had to change the pop socket out. This is not worth the money at all. Just buy a regular pop socket.
