Does not work well with all phone cases

His phone is in a case that does not have a completely smooth surface and the PopSocket fell off within the first few minutes after it was attached. His case has little raised grips on it to help him hold the phone. If you have a case and it isn't a flat surface, the adhesive on the PopSocket will not hold. We have three other phones in our home, each of them have OtterBox cases and PopSockets, and the PopSockets work fine with those cases.
