They help limit your chances of dropping your phone, plus they're super convenient for using your phone to take pictures, type, etc. I highly recommend trying one out. I just got a bigger phone and my pinky has been starting to hurt a lot so I got one of these and I could not be happier. It feels very sturdy on my phone and I don’t have to use my pinky to hold my phone up anymore. It makes it so much easier to use my phone
