This is easily the best PopSocket I’ve used so far. The kick-out design is such a simple but smart improvement that makes it much more versatile. It props up the phone securely in both landscape and portrait, which is something I’ve always wanted from a MagSafe stand. The grip itself feels great in hand and slides naturally between your fingers. It’s solid, comfortable, and makes large phones or foldables like the Z Fold 7 and Pixel 10 Pro Fold much easier to handle. The magnetic hold is strong, and it stays aligned better than most third-party MagSafe grips I’ve tried. It’s a little expensive, but the build quality and functionality make it worth it. If you use your phone for watching videos or video calls, this is one of the most useful MagSafe accessories you can buy.

Just like a regular magsafe pop socket but this can prop up and support a galaxy fold 7 (with a magsafe case) with ease. The magnets embedded inside the ring are quite decent. The hinge feels tight and sturdy. Can use this pop socket to prop the foldable phone in both landscape and portrait orientation Might be a bit expensive but it's compact and well built.

I absolutely love this. I've been looking for a kickstand for my phone that isn't awful. Most of the ones I ordered off of Amazon have been terrible. Plus I love then I can swap out the popsockets and change up the look all the time I love this stand

This Magsafe Popsocket is one of the most useful Magsafe gadgets out there. It doubles as both a kickstand and a grip. Most of iPhone cases don’t come with a kickstand and very rarely do a case have a built-in grip. The product is made of high-quality plastics, and it looks like it can withstand daily use over a long period of time. Durability is an important point because I find myself using the grip and the kick stand at least more than several times a day. The magnetic ring is made of high-quality magnet and metal, and they look very durable. The magnetic is strong to hold the grip/ kickstand and there’s even a thin round metal included if I want to use a non-Magsafe ready phone case. When attach to a Magsafe ready case, the Popsocket just stay there unless you apply some force to detach or move it. The kickstand function is excellent as it can sustain the phone in both vertical and horizontal position and at any tilt angle I want. The best part is, I can attach and use the gadget to the different phone cases I have with ease.

I always wonder what’s the actual functionality of the phone grips. I've seen so many but I have never used one until now. After using it for a few days I was impressed that it actually added some functionality on the way you hold and interact with your phone. One of the things was expanding the popout grip. It makes it easier to hold your phone without the worry of dropping it. Also it makes it extremely easy to take selfies by providing support without the need of an edge gripping. This phone grip from Popsocket is very well made and is Magsafe compatible. The magnet used on this thing is very strong. The best part is that you are not required to own an iPhone, all you need is a magsafe compatible case and you are good to go. Even if you don’t have a magsafe case the manufacturer include a magnet adapter that you can stick on the inside of the case to make it compatible. It also comes with a guide to help you align the adapter to the center of the case . Be aware that the included adapter will not work on silicone cases, texture or anti-fingerprint coated cases. As I mentioned before, the magnet is extremely strong. I actually have to use a bit of force to get it off which is a good thing. The pop grip can also be used as a kickstand. That’s what makes this so versatile and functional. Whether you’re watching videos in portrait or landscape mode, the sturdy hinge keeps the phone in place without collapsing on its own. The only negative I can say about it is that it adds about a quarter inch of thickness in the center of the phone which makes it a bit weird to hold when the pop grip is retracted. The phone will not feel flat when holding. It might not be a dealbreaker but it will take some time to get used to. Thankfully, that extra width will not make it any harder to slip the phone in the pocket, it will slide in and out as normal. I’ve been using it on my Pixel 9 pro XL that has a Dbrand magsafe case and the magnetic connection is very strong. I did notice that the connection was slightly weaker on my wife’s iPhone and the case she’s using, though the grip never came off unintentionally. It just required a little less force to remove compared to my Pixel case. Overall I was impressed with the functionality of this Popsocket phone grip. It’s very well made and easy to use. With the built-in kickstand option makes it more useful than just a grip. The strong magnet that it used will give you peace of mind that your phone will not come off easily. I have a Samsung S24 Ultra and it is a pretty big phone. Sometimes even in my fairly big hands it gets uncomfortable holding it. I also have a MagSafe case, just never really taken advantage of it. However, having this little PopSocket easily snap to the back of it, makes holding or standing the phone up a whole lot easier. It is quick to remove if needed to attach to another device and it is fairly low profile for leaving it on while in your pocket. The magnets on the ring are fairly strong for their size. They hold really well, but it doesn’t take a whole lot of effort to remove it, so don’t recommend “extreme” activities and expect it to hold tight. The only thing I think that would make it better is if the piece that would be at the bottom of the stand was flat. Couple times now I would have it propped up on the table in the 9:16/portrait orientation and just touch the side and it knocks it over because it has nothing to stop it from rolling. In the wide 16:9, the phone itself has a lot of surface area, so it doesn’t have much of a chance to tip. Still, holds it really well and practically at any angle I need it. I think the best thing about this thing is that you can turn it and use the kickstand function any way you want to. As shown in the image, that wasn’t the way I thought it would be used, but it worked regardless. Then the pop out function has kind of turned into a “fidget toy” type thing for me, as I constantly pop it in and out. Worst case, if I wear it out, that part can be replaced with any other design choice. Overall, I really like this simple yet very effective device. It makes scrolling through media more comfortable, It makes holding the phone to the ear more comfortable and it lets you prop it up for any occasion. Then, you aren’t blocking off other functions, like wireless charging or car mounting as it just simple pulls off and you can stick it to anything else that is magnetic.

I have owned a lot of magnetic attachments for my phone. I have also owned a lot of phone grip accessories in general. None have made me more excited than my new Pop Socket magnetic grip with kickstand. First off, the Pop Socket attaches to my magnetic case with a super strong hold. This is the most important since a phone holder falling off your phone can mean losing or breaking your phone. I have zero worries about that happening with this attachment. I even attached it to a regular mag safe case and it was also very strong. I feel that this Pop Socket will not fall off of your mag safe or magnetic case. The Pop Socket also comes with a stick on attachment for non magnetic cases. This Pop Socket features a traditional Pop Socket disc that pops out for you to grip your phone. If you have ever used one before, this should be very familiar to you. The feature I love most is that the entire Pop Socket folds out so that you use it as a kick stand. I feel that I have been using this more than any other kick stand accessory I have owned before. For some reason everything about this accessory just feels natural. The last thing I would like to mention is how it is low profile. This attachment folds very slim and I am able to pull it in and out of my pocket with ease. It has not been getting snagged. If you wear very tight pants, this may be an issue, but so would anything you put in your pocket in that case. Overall, I feel that this accessory is a must have. The only attachment you may find more useful is a magentic wallet. But for me, this Pop Socket is an every day use item, and I have not removed it since I received it.

Right up front I will say I have never ever really thought that I would be a popsocket person. In fact, I thought they mainly looked tacky and unappealing. Furthermore, the idea of sticking something to the back of my phone, or a case even, with some sort of high-grade sticker was in itself a complete dealbreaker to me. I don’t want to have to remove residue in order to resell/trade in my phone. Nor do I want to have to pry something like that off a case if I get tired of it. So, over the years me and Popsockets have just kept our distance. But… I got curious. And also: magnets. So, I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max and I really like it. But the thing is big and it is slippery. I have small hands. Put a case on it, right? Easy answer. Well, the problem is that with a phone that is already this big I don’t care how thin the case is it’s going to add bulk that makes it that much more uncomfortable in the pocket of my jeans. Furthermore, I have always been the type of guy who likes to appreciate the design of a phone for what it is. And I kept doing that with this iPhone. I kept taking it out of the case altogether at home and just appreciating how much better, lighter, and cooler it felt without a case. If only it weren’t so darn slippery! And so darn expensive! I’ve dropped this phone numerous times, but primarily I’ve done that when I’ve had a case ON it. Again, I blame the size with the added case. Yes, I’m clumsy but bigger is not better in my hands and I’m not just going to sell the phone and get something smaller. It’s really not that cumbersome without a case. So you can imagine what happened when I realized Popsocket made something that works with MagSafe. No case needed. I had to try it. And so far I really like it! I love just being able to feel my phone again. It fits in my pocket better. I can hold on to it better. The new kickstand thingy is pretty awesome! I wasn’t sure I’d use it, but I absolutely have. It’s perfect for when I needed to use a calculator on my desk; just prop the phone up and use the calculator app. Voila. Super easy to take on and off. Easy to pop in and out. It’s just a cool little gizmo. And everytime I set it down on a surface, I can relax knowing the only part of my phone touching that surface is the Popsocket. I dig it! I have one wish though and that’s to make the part that pops out a tad smaller. It’s fine really, but I think it would be even more comfortable to hold onto if the overall circumference of the pop out part were a little smaller. Second, there’s a tiny knotch in the outer ring that you’re supposed to use to pull out the kickstand part. Can’t help but think there’s another design choice that might make that easier to access for folks who don’t have longer fingernails. (Like me.) And lastly, I’d vote for an even stronger magnet. This thing’s not just gonna fall off, but it’s also not that hard to get caught in a pocket and slide off when you’re pulling your phone out of that pocket. Definitely not a dealbreaker, definitely doesn’t happen all the time, but has happened a few times with certain pants and certain pockets. Also, if it were cheaper it’d be much easier to pick up as an impulse buy. But to each its own. All in all, I’m going to be using this guy for the foreseeable future and I’m very happy with this understated looking but very functional knob that sticks to the back of my phone. Wild!

PopSocket MagSafe Round Kick-Out PopGrip Cell Phone Grip & Stand in color black. Before this Popsocket I have never owned one or thought about purchasing one even when they were new & huge on the market. My current phone case has a MagSafe stand ring already but you can not use it to hold your phone with a grip if needed it’s only good for propping up your phone. So I really am happy to have gotten this MagSafe PopSocket, it does come with a MagSafe adapter magnetic ring if you need it. I just stuck the PopSocket to my current Magesafe ring on my phones case, being that they both are kick out stands also I just stuck it so the hindge is on opposite side of each other so they can be used properly as a stand. The magnet is extremely strong! I was really surprised I wasn’t expecting it to be as strong as it is. I unfortunately do not have a car charger that can accommodate the PopSocket MagSafe Ring because the PopSocket is not flushed completely flat when closed I was taking it off to be able to be able to stick it to my car mount that the only thing I am disappointed with having to pull it off to put it on my MaSafe car mount Like I mentioned the magnetic is strong to pull off. I have switch back to my old car mount & not very happy right now. PopSocket is made of plastic but not cheap feeling & a metal mag ring. Minus the car mount issue, I wish I would have gotten PopSocket a long time ago, it does make holding your phone more comfortable you don’t get hand cramps as bad & you do have a better grip when text & using your phone.

Everything you love about PopSockets and more. I’ve been an avid user of the MagSafe popsocket for a few years now. Not only are the magnets strong, the popsocket reduces hand fatigue when I’m doom scrolling at work. The OG popsockets have always made landscape mode pretty easy but didn’t do portrait orientation very well until now. The innovative design of the “kick-out” version is a game changer. The popsocket can now hold my phone vertically on my desk with zero wobble. The guys at popsocket also made it the exact same thin profile as the non kick-out popsocket models. It does weigh 3.5g more but that’s not really noticeable due to the added hinge. Speaking of hinge, the hinge does appear to be robust and has just enough friction to keep my phone at the desired angle without flopping over. In summary, if you’re a popsocket user now, you will love this new kick-out version. You can still change out the actual pop part to your own liking. If you’re new to popsockets, this is one of the best, if not the best, in the market when it comes to handgrips. The magsafe makes it easy to take on and off when I need to wireless charge my iPhone. This kit does come with a sticky round magsafe ring to make any older iphones or non-iphones MagSafe compatible. I’ve used the kit to add a magsafe ring to my kindle.

Let me start by saying that if you have an iPhone and you are not using MagSafe to its full potential you are missing out. #####*PROs*##### -Durability -Ease of Use -Utility -It makes the phone spin!!! I will start by saying that I have been using PopSocket MagSafe products for a while now and let tell you all since I started using them it has been a life changer. I was not really interested when they used to be glued to the case but now it’s one of the accessories I recommend the most. This version in particular, has the added feature of a popout design with a strong metal hinge that allows for certain positions to be held without worrying about the weight of the phone bending it back to place. This allows for one to place their phone in several positions where a regular PopSocket would not allow. If you have a phone that does not have magnets in the back, this version provides glue on magnets and a template to line it up and make it compatible. Quality is what is expected and does not disappoint. Honestly, I cannot recommend these enough specially if you are avid MagSafe accessory user. Also, the spinning will keep you entertained when you get bored.

PopSockets has been around a while, and they allow you to get a better grip on your cell phones or small tablets by laying flat when not in use, then you can pull out a round extension “socket” to slide your fingers into for a good grip. This PopSocket Kick-Out Magnetic version has a strong magnetic ring on it, so if you have a Magsafe or similar device with it’s own magnet, you don’t need to use any adhesive to stick it on the device or case. I have a newer model iPhone and because of this, the Popsocket Kick-Out sticks right to the back of my phone, even with a case on it. It’s again, a very strong magnet. There isn’t any issues in terms of it slipping or coming loose unless I pull it off on purpose. This may vary depending on your case, though. Mine is a solid surface, but the manufacturer says in their documentation, results may not be as good with Silicone, Textured, or anti-fingerprint coated cases. If for any reason it doesn’t work on your phone or case directly however, they do include an adhesive magnetic ring that you can stick on the device/case so you can still use the Popsocket on that device. Tip: Gently press the adhesive ring if used to the device/case for about half a minute and let sit a while to “cure” fully before using it – this will help assure the ring stays on better and longer. The Popsafe Kick-Out doesn’t really get in the way when not in use. You can either just take it off the phone or leave it flat. It gives your finger a place to rest, actually, if put in the right position. When needed, you pull on it to pop it up and out, and slide two fingers under the outer ring for a better grip. This though, is my one gripe… I have medium sized hands. I don’t have sausage fingers, so to speak. But the space under the ring when extended is a bit tight, and on a small level, it presses against the sides of my fingers rather than my fingers being able to go fully under. If you are an adult and/or have larger hands or fingers, you may not find this very comfortable for longer periods of use. I have used other Popsockets in the past and they extended a little more, making it more comfortable. I also wonder about the rubber base where the extension meets the base, and wonder how long that will hold up over time and many uses. On a positive note, you can flip the Popsocket outward and use it like a kickstand against a flat surface, if you are watching media on your device. It held up my particular phone fine in landscape mode, but it was too tall to work well in vertical mode unless I moved the socket around lower a bit. The reason I’m giving this four instead of five stars is due to the fact that again, I think if someone has larger hands or fingers, they may not find this comfortable. I think this particular model is going to be best for kids, teens, or adults with smaller fingers, but it doesn’t hurt to try one out yourself to see if it works for you. It’s still a nice device and would also make a great gift.

I was never one for these PopSockets since I never really had a use for them. I use an iPhone 16 Pro Max but don't really feel that it's too big for my hand. However, I bought another phone that's smaller and found out that these PopSockets really help me with those. I bought a RAZR as a secondary phone. Cool phone but much smaller than my iPhone. As such, I have a little harder time using/holding it due to it's smaller size and folding screen. I put this PopSocket on there and it's much better now for me. The usual PopSockets I've seen were either stick on or part of a case. Never really trusted the stick on ones and never bought any case that had one incorporated into it. I liked that this can work with either a Magsafe case or any other case since it included an extra ring in the box. I put the ring on my RAZR case and it's pretty low profile and useful. With the PopSocket on my case, I find it much easier to use one-handed for both flipping the phone open as well as using it normally. With the RAZR's second screen, having this PopSocket on there makes using that screen a breeze now. My opinions on these things has changed for sure and I do find them quite useful.

I was never a big pop socket fan. My wife liked hers and I basically always just thought of them as unnecessary. I decided to give this one a shot to see if it could relieve some of the strain on my pinky which ends up taking the brunt of holding my phone up and am relatively happy with the results. Not crazy happy or anything. Just satisfied. My biggest issue with these style of pop sockets is the lack of being able to do anything else with your magsafe when it's on. Needing to take it off at night and then remember to put it back on in the morning is one of the biggest drawbacks for me but I might get more used to it as I use it more. That's really it though. I just really wish I could charge my phone (wirelessly) while the pop socket is still on. Otherwise, functionality-wise, it's working well. I have a Max phone so reaching my thumb to some of the lower extremities of the screen is tougher than then I was just using my pinky to hold the phone up, but it's not that bad. It might be for smaller hands, though. The tacktile nature of the "pop" socket is a nice little fidget toy. You can also spin you phone around while holding it which I also find myself fidgeting with. This version also includes a hinge that lets you stand your phone up in landscape or portrait mode at pretty much any angle you'd want. The hinge feels sturdy but not too hard to swing. The magnetic mechanism that holds the hinge closed is also strong and works as yet another fidget toy when you get bored. All in all, the biggest complaint I've always had with pop sockets is their inability to pass through charging. I still wish this was a thing. But every other aspect of it is pretty nice and I can see myself "needing" it after a little while.

As a pop socket product, this is definitely the best that I’ve seen. It can be configured in multiple positions as a stand and allows greater flexibility than the traditional pop socket design. My wife has been a long time pop socket user, and I have always resisted them because I charge my phone via MagSafe and have to remove the Pop Socket, and I overall didn’t care for the “stand” ability that the traditional Pop Socket provides. This one, however, can act as a more traditional angled phone stand, and is simultaneously flexible to configure an optional angle and rigid so it doesn’t slide around once the angle is set. I found this very convenient for setting up my phone on a table for easy viewing. My biggest drawback is when charging my phone. Since I charge my phone wirelessly, the Pop Socket has to be removed in order for it to charge. I was hoping since the Pop Socket can be folded entirely out of the way that it might still be able to charge via MagSafe without entirely removing it, but unfortunately that doesn’t work. I found myself taking off the Pop Socket at night to charge and forgetting to put it on in the morning, and then not really missing it. I still think this is the best version of the Pop Socket that exists, so it’s a 5/5 considering the available options. If they could build a version that would support MagSafe charging by folding the Pop Socket out of the way instead of having to remove it entirely, I’d be interested in seeing if it fits into my daily flow. I actually plan to try and continue using it, and picking up a Pop Socket car mount since they’re readily available. I’d still recommend this as a product despite the charging limitations. Worth noting, this does also come with an attachable ring to use with phones that don’t support MagSafe naturally. Mine does so I didn’t need to use the attachment.

Prior to getting this, I had only used the stick-on popsickets so I was skeptical that the magnetic version would stay securely on. I love this. I’ve had absolutely no issues with the stability and this version has kickstand built it which is great (and sturdy as well). I’ve had it on my phone for about 3 weeks and haven’t had any issues. I definitely recommend!

I love my new PopSockets Magsafe Kick-Out Universal Magnetic Grip & Stand for my new Iphone! It stands up and I can watch movies, news and shows on it. Excellent stand and grip to hold.
