A Must Have GRIP for Any Phone

If you have a magsafe phone, this is a must-have product. Now the obvious thing is it will make your phone quite a bit thicker, 0.5” thinker. With the plunger out, it is 1.25” thinker. You must be fine with a thicker phone that may no longer fit in some pockets, but that is the price you must pay.
Mounting:
It is tight enough that it will not fall off your phone with normal use, but easy enough to remove if you need to. When mounting it, the magnets line it up perfectly so you can’t misalign it. You just place the device on the back, so it lines up with the lines on the phone. You can’t make a mistake.
Grip:
There is a plunger that pulls out about 0.75”. It allows you to more easily hold the phone. Instead of gripping the sides of your phone, you hold it by the small plunger. This is way more ergonomic and easier to hold your phone with. It pulls out very easily and quickly when you get a call. I can honestly say that this makes a huge difference when you must hold your phone when on a call.
Stand:
This also pulls out at an angle that allows you to stand up your phone horizontally or vertically. You can change the angle of the stand which allows you to change the angle of the stand in the vertical position. You cannot change the angle in the horizontal position, and it is really at an almost complete 90-degree angle which feels more precarious. The stand works fine in the vertical position, but not really in the horizontal position. The whole stand feels like an afterthought.
Card Holder:
It has a credit card holder that they claim holds three cards. You slide the cards into it through the top, and there is a material on the bottom that you push which pushes all the cards out of the holder. This is all or nothing, meaning that pushing the cards out pushes all of them at once. The fit is fine for one card, a little tight for two cards, and very difficult to get in three cards. While it is possible to get three cards into the holder, it doesn’t fit well; it is too tight. I will be using it for my debit and credit card with no problems other than the tight fit. The cards can’t accidentally fall out.
So, this is excellent for gripping your phone, a good card holder with a realistic capacity of two cards, and the stand is ok, particularly in the vertical position. If that is what you’re are looking for, this fits the bill.

First time I’m using popsockets, though others in my household have used different ones and loved them. So I decided to try this one for the convenience of the wallet. I like to walk and run, especially at the pond, beach, but anywhere really and I was looking forward to this so I could carry at least one credit card in the attached wallet without needing to always wear my fanny pack. I was hesitant because I wasn’t sure it would work with my Samsung phone since I didn’t think it was MagSafe phone because it did not mention that it was. But the phone case I got did say MagSafe.
This came in a small box, inside was the popwallet stand, a small sheet that had instructions in different languages about how to swap the poptops if needed. I realized the very simple 4-step information was on the back of the box. It also came with a small envelope that had a MagSafe adapter ring in it with QR code that I scanned just to see what it showed even though I didn’t need the adapter. This was very encouraging because that site showed that you can use the adapter with most phones. Good to know that even if I didn’t have this case that I still could have used it with adapter ring. Really no need for instructions but once I removed it from the box, I just placed in on my phone case and it snapped on right away. I pulled the stand out and used it both in portrait (tall) mode and landscape. It stayed on pretty well even when I went running and walking. It hasn’t fallen off, which I wondered if it might. I usually only keep one credit card and a couple of business cards in the wallet and it fits all 4 items nice and tight. It hasn’t interfered with me using my phone in any way. They are easy to remove when needed. The popsocket part does make it easy to hold on the phone safely. And of course, I can push it in when I don’t need to use it. I am really happy with this and would recommend. It’s something anyone with a phone can use.

Finally, a Popsocket wallet that is slim enough to fit my car holder. The Popsocket MagSafe Kick-Out Wallet, Grip & Adjustable Stand for Cell Phones is slim enough and collapses enough that I don't have to take it off when I want to use the cell phone holder in my car. To me a mobile phone is to be used when you are mobile so I've tried a lot of popsocket wallets only for them to be too thick to just place into the holder and it is a pain to keep having to take it off when I have it out in my car. This one fits.
While important to me, that's not the only advantage this particular popsocket wallet has. Unlike others, the kickstand works whether you want your screen portrait or landscape and is very easy to adjust either way. I like that the wallet itself is the stand as I think it gives the phone better stability when using. Others just weren't as sturdy and I did have issues with some falling over due to placement on the phone which defeats that purpose. This hasn't let me down yet. The wallet easily fits three cards. Well, it fits my license, AAA card and a credit/debit card easily which makes it easy for my to just grab my phone and go without having to lug my bag along with me which I'm just making a quick trip.
My kids like that they can change the popsocket cover anytime they want which my daughter likes as she can color coordinate her phone.

I have owned several different pop sockets through the years. They have always been good quality. I have never owned a magsafe wallet though. If you own a Samsung Fold 7 this is a must have. If you own a foldable you are aware that even with a built in stand, socket or ring there are still stability issues especially in portrait mode. Many apps don't rotate properly so you need both orientations often. Add in the fact that the Fold 7 also has a magnetic charging coil mounted slightly to the right internally and stability is or was almost impossible to achieve. Not only does it fit but it just barely clears the camera bumps which cause so many products to tilt when attached. I never knew these existed. This checks every box you could want. Traditional pop socket with a stand and the ability to keep a few cards with you. If you have a standard phone it's still a great product but it's value is in the lack of products for foldable phones. If I had a couple critiques i would make the next version slightly smaller as in very slightly as cases with camera bump protection would likely cause the tilting issue. I would also upgrade the magsafe ring to a slightly better strength. It works though. Great design and i suggest testing future products with foldables also as that's where the market is going anyway.

I've been using this with my iPhone 16 Pro for a few weeks now and it's become one of those accessories I don't really think about anymore, it's just always on my phone.
The MagSafe connection is strong. It snaps on and stays put throughout the day, even going in and out of pockets or tossing my phone on the couch. I never feel like it's going to slide off, which was honestly my biggest concern before buying it.
The stand is sturdy and pops out easily. I use it all the time for watching videos at my desk or propping up my phone during a quick FaceTime call, and it holds at a solid angle without feeling like it's about to give out. I've had cheaper stands in the past that wobble or feel flimsy after a couple weeks but this isn't that. It still feels just as solid as day one.
The grip might be my favorite part though. The 16 Pro is a big phone to use one-handed, especially if you're walking around or standing in line somewhere. Having the PopSocket grip on the back just makes it so much more comfortable and secure in your hand. It's one of those things you don't realize you needed until you have it. And being able to toss a couple cards in the wallet means I can run to the coffee shop or grab lunch without bringing my actual wallet along. That convenience alone has been worth it for me on days where I just want to travel light.
It's a simple, compact accessory that does a lot in one package. Really happy with this one.

The wallet sleeve is really well designed. It is textured on the inside to hold the cards you put in it securely. By itself, the wallet sleeve does not add much in the lines of thickness to your phone.
If you don't have a ring in your case, this comes with a ring you can attach to your case to allow the magnetic connection.
The wallet back has the magnetic ring that also has a hinge that rotates the wallet out to give a very sturdy A frame stand.
The stand makes the pop socket almost unneeded. Yes the socket provides a nice handle in the back of the phone, but it is not needed to use for a stand. The socket makes enough thickness to almost double the thickness of most phones.
While the namesake is based off the socket itself. The wallet is the real selling point here. If you could remove the socket, the MagSafe wallet could sell itself. A redesign that would allow you to remove the socket from the wallet, or use the socket without the wallet, would make a lot of sense. Just adding a finger loop on the back of the wallet would be a better design than the socket design.
The pop socket is really an unwanted addition to the thickness of your phone. However, the MagSafe attached wallet sleeve is a really nice addition. I am torn as to wether I like this or not. It is so thick, but not needing to take my entire wallet is a definite plus.

I’d never used a PopSockets product before, but I’m always on the lookout for well-designed MagSafe wallets—especially ones that add extra functionality like a built-in kickstand. This PopSockets MagSafe wallet with kick-out stand turned out to be a really solid option.
First off, the wallet itself is impressively slim. It’s one of the thinnest MagSafe wallets I’ve used. The PopSocket on the front does add a bit of thickness, but it collapses down nicely so it doesn’t feel bulky in your pocket. The overall build quality feels premium and durable.
The standout feature for me is the magnet strength. This thing locks onto the phone incredibly well—honestly one of the strongest MagSafe connections I’ve experienced. Whether you’re using it with a MagSafe case or directly on the phone, it stays firmly in place and doesn’t feel like it’s going anywhere.
Capacity-wise, it comfortably holds 2–3 cards. You can squeeze in four if needed, but they’ll be pretty snug, and five cards is pushing it enough that the wallet starts to bend. Thankfully, PopSockets included a small push-out notch on the bottom, which makes sliding your cards up quick and easy.
The kickstand feature is another highlight. You can simply fold the wallet open and prop the phone up in either portrait or landscape, while the MagSafe ring remains securely attached to the device. It’s great for watching videos, FaceTime calls, or just keeping your phone upright on a desk.
Another nice touch is that it includes a MagSafe ring adapter, so you can still use the wallet with phones or cases that aren’t natively MagSafe.
The only feature I wish it had is Apple’s Find My support. Adding Find My compatibility would make it nearly perfect, especially for something that holds your cards.
Overall, if you’re already in the PopSockets ecosystem—or you want a very slim MagSafe wallet with strong magnets and a useful kickstand—this is a great option

I have used an older version of the Popsocket wallet that I have been very happy with. The older version didn’t swing out to become a stand. It is able to store around 5-6 cards and you can kind of use the Popsocket as a stand in a pinch, but it is usually not very stable, and not possible in vertical mode.
A few things I noticed immediately with this new Popsocket wallet: It can't hold the same amount of cards as the previous version; this one kind of maxes out at 3, which is okay, but not what I expected. Also, the magnets are super strong; the wallet stays latched on and will only come off if you pry it off. The stand works very well in vertical and horizontal mode. I have a bunch of Popsockets and they all pop on and off just fine with no issues.
This has become my favorite MagSafe wallet, and I have a few that I usually rotate through. I love that I can rotate my Popsockets, and the magnets are incredibly strong. The cards stay put and don't slide out, unless you want them to. As long as you are okay with being limited to carrying 3 or less cards, this should be a great wallet to use with your phone.

Switching to the Popsockets MagSafe Kick‑Out PopWallet+ & Stand honestly felt like leveling up something I already loved. I’d been using the regular MagSafe PopWallet+ for a while because the wallet feature is just so convenient. I’m able to put three/four cards, no bulk, and the freedom to pop it off my iPhone whenever I wanted. It became part of my everyday routine without me even thinking about it.
The new kick‑out stand version is a total game changer! I didn’t expect it to make such a difference, but having a built‑in stand has been way more useful than I imagined. I use it constantly now, propping my phone up during lunch, FaceTiming hands‑free, watching videos while getting ready. The stand feels sturdy, the magnet holds tight, and the black finish looks clean and minimal and matches my iPhone case.
It still has everything I loved about the original, just with a feature I didn’t realize I was missing until I had it. Now I can’t picture going back. For what it’s worth, I highly recommend this upgrade!
