Don't buy this design.

That should not happen with normal wear and tear and if swapped correctly. To swap a PopGrip, close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. What does it do?

Unfortunately, I had to destroy the packaging in order to get it out, so I can't return it. As far as I'm concerned, it is useless. I told the sales person that I wanted a stand in order to watch videos.

Great for osteoarthritis

I finally looked into a PopSocket and picked it up this morning from Best Buy. It is wonderful. I can hold my phone without hurting my painful joints. I highly recommend.

Have to remove to charge
