Did you use a MagSafe Case or attach the magnetic adapter ring to a non-MagSafe case? If not, the MagSafe accessories will not attach to the case.     Second one I bought, this one lasted 2 1/2 months before breaking. The first one lasted a little bit longer. For 30 dollars it’s a hit or miss but they always seem to break at the base of the pop socket
