Lost of magnetic capability

Posted .Thank you for your review, Andrea! We are sorry that your MagSafe PopGrip is not working anymore, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. Please make sure you use a MagSafe phone case or have an magnetic adapter ring on your non-MagSafe case. If that is not the case the MagSafe accessories will not attach securely. Also make sure you attach the PopWallet with the card opening pointing up towards the camera. If that is not the issue

We recommend a MagSafe case or a magnetic adapter ring for nonmagnetic cases for the MagSafe accessories to work properly.
