I went without one for a few days but after using my son's phone which had the pop socket I decided I had to have it as the 8 plus is so much larger & heavier for a small hand than what I had previously. I paired it with the copper popsocket & Karat mother of pearl case by Case-Mate & get alot of compliments on the set & the pop socket works wonderfully.

Useful for a bit

It’s useful but at the same time it gets in the way. And it seems like all I really did was use it to make my phone a desk fidget spinner so it wore down the finish and didn’t look good. The adhesive didn’t work so well either, every few weeks it would fall off and I’d have to wet it to reattach it. Finally took it off.
