Purchased this PopSocket for my 17 year old daughter for a Christmas stocking gift and she loved it.

Been having problems with my thumb because my new smartphone is wider than the old one one, so took advice from the grand kids and got a pop socket. Being able to grab the phone by a handle on the back does take some stress off the thumb. And I was able to find one in basic black. rather than one with a loud psychedelic design, a picture of a pop star I've never heard of, or a cartoon of a cat flipping the bird.

I bought it to try to alleviate hand strain when playing games and such. It does, but sometimes it creates a whole new kind of strain.

These come in very handy when texting with one hand or for standing the phone up to record or show video.

Bought this on a whim, thinking it would help me hang on to my phone. I like that feature a lot. I don't feel secure laying the phone down on a table on this item. I'm afraid vibrations will move the phone around/off the table.
