Looks great buy didn't stick

I tried attaching it directly to the phone back (note 9) and then when that didn't work the case back. Both smooth surfaces but the 3m adhesive pulled free. I'll end up buying some double sided tape likely 3m that should make it work and it'll be fine. I'd say some stringer stock tape to prevent probable user error and this is a 5 star product.
