Easy to install use

Make sure to strategically place prior to letting it stick. You can relocate a couple times after first sticking it on case. Very sturdy and durable so far with popping up and down and rotating.

Not at all. Ensured i wiped the surface of my phone with an alcohol wipe, let dry and applied the pop socket and worked well for two days. On the third day, the adhesive was no longer working and kept coming off. Was expecting more for the price.

Posted .Thank you for your review, Alan! We are sorry that your PopGrip base is not sticking well, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. That should not happen but sometimes does. and the item might be defective. Please note: PopSockets bases are engineered to be super sticky and most compatible with smooth, flat surfaces. PopSockets bases will not stick as well to silicone, highly textured, as many soft cases on the market. They also will not adhere as well to iPhone 11 and up models or the Samsung Z3 flip phone models without a suitable case.
Not recommended to stick to leather or fabric/textile cases. Our super sticky gel may damage leather cases when trying to reposition or remove the base.
The gel does not stick "as well" with naked iPhones. While it does stick adequately to a naked base model (and sometimes to Pro/Pro Max depending on circumstances), it will not stick "as well" as if you used a suitable case. If the above does not apply, please contact us at cs@popsockets.com and we'll send you a code for a free new sticky base. We'll be happy to assist.

I ran into Best Buy to see what they had. They did not have a ring that I was interested in purchasing but did have this designer Pop socket. I really like the design and while I would much prefer a ring, I do like that these pop sockets are interchangeable so if you get tired of one design or if you want to change out your overall case, you can with ease.
