A simple adhesive on the back sticks to the phone itself or a clean phone case. I myself have it on a Spigen fusion case. I have unusually small hands for a man and this makes holding onto my iPhone 6s a lot easier. The only con I have found is the look. It really takes away from the streamline body of the iPhone 6s. It does so by giving it bump the catches on pockets easily.

After grabbing 2 phone cases this was the cheapest item to use the discount. Turns out that my Wife loves it and wanted one. She has been using it for a week now and loves it. Even went back to buy the dash holder for this so she can mount her phone in the car from it.
