NOT THE CASE at all!! This is one of those cool products that carries its functional weight. While it adds a little bulk to the slimness; however, it does help you hold your phone in pretty much every situation. I highly recommend this gadget, especially if you have an iPhone 6 + or other "phablet" sized devices. It makes taking pictures far easier as you are not daintily holding your phone worried that someone might bump you & shatter your screen. It also makes one-handed typing a lot easier & less of a balancing act. It is also useful as a kickstand for watching videos or just keeping your device propped up in a meeting. Well worth the money! I dont often write glowing reviews.. but this product deserves it.

I had to trim the mounting disc...or the base of it...just a little on each side so it would fit nicely between the grippys on my phone case. That was easy enough. Good quality item.
