At first I was a little skeptical about this gadget but once I used it, I’m glad I made the purchase. Makes holding my phone that much easier since I have the xs max. Texting with one hand as intended has been a breeze to say the least. I had my doubts that the adhesive wouldn’t be strong enough and would fall off over time. I like it but just recently I literally have been through the ringer with best buy. I've never been treated so rudely by everyone in the store and basically was told sorry about your luck. So needless to say I returned the items I could return. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I'm also getting a lawyer because what "BEST BUY" did to me was absolutely and with out a doubt wrong on every level of the situation.
