I do have another PopSocket (same brand) and that is not the case with that one. I haven't had any problems with it coming off.

Very happy with it. Love that it can be moved and washed to maintain its adhesiveness. One drawback (with mine, not my daughter's) - the circular cover popped out twice - I lost it the second time it happened but it still functions fine without it...

Doesn’t interfere with the grip and it was easy to place. Doesn’t lift. Great for better grip on larger smartphones

Great for plus size phones

Pops up and back down easily and phone still can lie flat. You can move it or place it so phone can stand and with two, you can wrap earbud cords around them. Worth the money!

Pop socket review

It fell off my phone within a week and would not te stick. I was using it on my symmetry otter box case, not sure if it was the case or just a bad pop socket.
