    This broke and we were unable to fix it. We had to return to Best Buy - 30 minute roundtrip drive. They graciously replaced. But the quality of this item is questionable

      Thank you for your review! We are sorry that your PopGrip broke so soon, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. That should not happen with proper swapping. Thank you for your review! We are sorry that your PopGrip broke so soon, and for the inconvenience, this may have caused you. That should not happen with correct swapping. To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. You could have saved yourself a trip and just contacted us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.
