Posted .Thank you for your review, Chris! We are sorry to hear your PopGrip broke so soon. That should not happen with proper handling and swapping. You might have purchased a defective item. Please return it to BestBuy or contact us at cs@popsockets.com and we'll make it right.

Critically failed in less than a week
||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Broke after a few days of use at the base where it connects to the phone. Fortunately, I had a case on it because it failed while I was using it as intended and my phone went crashing into the ground. My other pop socket works great, so i don’t know if it’s an issue with this model or if I got lucky enough to buy a defective product.

Outstanding Pop Socket!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This pop socket is truly outstanding and much more durable than the regular plastic style ones being that it is metal. The design also doesn’t wear off as a result and it is easy to sanitize when needed. If you or someone you know likes intergalactic items and needs a pop socket, this one is fantastic! Great price on Best Buy, too.
