I have found that it needs to be removed or placed at the very end of the phone for wireless charging. If it loses its "sticky" with said removal, a quick rinse is all it needs.

I was a bit skeptical, but it stays attached to her phone case (and not a very expensive one; we rejected a few potential cases as they had a textured back--and wasn't sure it would stick on leather so we avoided buying that case). I may actually look to buy one myself.
