I find I’m unable to use the charger in my car because I’m not able to place my phone flat on the charger

Posted .Thank you for your review! Your PopGrip should be swappable. Collapse the PopGrip fully and turn 90° in any direction. You'll feel a click and this will release the top from the base. I loved my previous one, which is why I repurchased one but this one doesn’t seem to stick on as well as the previous one. It may be due to the type of case I have, but either way the “glue” should be able to stick to any phone accessory. It may also be that I got stuck with a dud. Either way, I love the iridescent design of this one and I still enjoy it, so I will continue to repurchase.
