I've never been treated so rudely by everyone in the store and basically was told sorry about your luck. So needless to say I returned the items I could return. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. I'm also getting a lawyer because what "BEST BUY" did to me was absolutely and with out a doubt wrong on every level of the situation.
