It's okay

I did move it a few times to get it in the right position. I guess I moved it too many time bc it stopped sticking. I was holding my phone and all of a sudden just came off. I think it's a good product just once you have it in that spot leave it there lol.

We had to return to Best Buy - 30 minute roundtrip drive. They graciously replaced. But the quality of this item is questionable

To swap a PopGrip, simply close the grip flat, press down on the top, and twist it 90 degrees to remove the PopTop, then line up and attach a new PopTop by pushing down and twisting 90 degrees again; our PopGrips have swappable tops, allowing you to change the style or design whenever you want. You could have saved yourself a trip and just contacted us at cs@popsockets.com. We'll be happy to assist.
