Kids love them, not for me.

It does help you to hold the phone more securely when taking pictures or texting on the go. My kids are crazy over them, but I'm still not sold. They make the phone to bulky for my small purse and it always gets stuck when I slide the phone in my back pocket. Maybe I'm too old school, but I'll leave the pop socket to the younger generation.
