However the twist to unlock mechanism is annoying to use on the car adapter as a twist to make the phone go landscape is enough to dislodge the phone from the holder.

Works with wireless charging

Well it does! With the Anker wireless charger, I had to find a sweet spot in order for this to work and no modding was done at all. The pop socket works great with the lifeproof slam case as it sticks well to the back. Would recommend this brand of pop sockets for plastic case owners out there!
