Not comfortable. The top hurt my fingers

Her is way more comfortable. I think the problem is with that model. Or my fingers are too big for that big flat header of it. And you cannot remove it easily. This is the second one I am purchasing. The first one, I broke it in five mns cause I misplaced it in the back of my phone, wanted to remove it. Just couldn't, and made the mistake to purchase the same one.
