It helps you grip yor phone while texting and talking on the phone. Being able to prop your phone up hands free is an added bonus. Just make sure you clean the surface you are attaching it to before sticking it on or it might not hold as weel and could possibly move or pop off. Overall very satisfied with the PopSocket.

I got this to alleviate the new physical strain I was inflicting on my baby hands. I stuck this little guy on and then lo and behold, my flimsy fingers were feeling no more pain! I was even able to reposition it a few times and its stickiness never faltered! Go get one. Your hands will thank you!

When i dont have pockets, this prevents me from dropping the phone as I’m walking. Also, it transforms into a stand if I’m watching a video
