They refused to let me exchange it. I decided to go to bestbuy and see if they had some and picked out this pretty one with the white flower and I absolutely LOVE IT. Not only does it stay on my phone no matter what, but it only cost $9.99! They had a bunch of different styles and colors too. If I ever need to buy a pop socket again I will definitely get it here!

They had bought cheaper ones and they fell apart in a couple of days. These have been put to the test due to that and are still perfect.

My phone can't really fall down anymore. I like the look of the pop socket too. After placing it wrong, i was even able to reuse it after taking it off!

The second one the telescopic mechanism popped off. And we're giving it another go-around. It's not a bad product it does at it says just treat it with care because it can easily pop off your phone or come apart

Be sure to clean the phone with a tech cleaner to remove any oil or dirt, then stick it on. It gives a better grip on the phone so it doesn't slip in your hand. Also if you are using the phone for work, you can palm it for ease.

This product does exactly what is expected, plus the option for two on the north end and south end of the phone is great to wrap a charger cord or head phones around for quick access/travel!
